HOW A SAFE OPENS

LOCKED
The keeper picks the code and posts its hash on chain before the first try. It cannot swap it later.

TRY
A buy through the pad of 0.02 SOL or 1% of the pot, whichever is more, carries your 4 digits.

ANSWER
The keeper prints how many digits sit in the right place, 0 to 3, on the tape. Everyone sees it.

OPEN
The first exact match takes the whole pot. The program re-checks every hint after the reveal.
Half of every creator fee fills the coin's safe, 40% goes to its dev, 10% to the pad. No safe opened in 7 days or 4096 tries: new code, the pot carries over.
